The position requires advanced degrees, 5+ years in quantitative finance, and strong programming skills in Python, R, and C++.

Formación

• Master's or PhD in quantitative field such as Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or Computer Science.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantitative finance or a related analytical role.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, statistical analysis, and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, C++).
• Strong understanding of financial instruments, market risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience with large datasets and database technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, validate, and implement complex quantitative models for pricing, risk management, and portfolio optimization.
• Conduct in-depth statistical analysis of market data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Design and perform stress testing and scenario analysis on existing models and portfolios.
• Collaborate with trading desks, risk management, and IT departments to deploy models and solutions effectively.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to senior management, clearly communicating model insights and findings.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of quantitative methodologies and data analysis tools.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance within the team.
