Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and implement advanced quantitative models for trading, risk management, and derivative pricing.
• Lead and mentor a team of quantitative analysts, overseeing project execution and development.
• Conduct research into market microstructure, asset pricing, and trading algorithms.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate models into production trading systems.
• Analyze trading performance and identify model enhancements and optimization.
• Ensure mathematical soundness and robustness of developed models.
