Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality initiatives across manufacturing operations from a remote setting. You will drive QMS effectiveness, audits, and CAPA while collaborating with dispersed teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering or Science, a Master’s preferred, 7+ years in QA with 3+ in management, and proven ISO 9001 experience, plus Six Sigma/Lean expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Management with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Proven experience implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 or other quality certifications.
• Strong understanding of quality control methodologies, statistical analysis, and continuous improvement tools (Six Sigma, Lean).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the company's quality management system (QMS) remotely.
• Oversee all aspects of quality control and assurance for manufactured products.
• Conduct virtual internal audits and manage external audit processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and implement CAPA.
• Lead remote and on-site QA teams, fostering a proactive approach to quality.
