Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Manager to join a fully remote team. You will develop and maintain robust quality management systems to ensure product quality, safety, and efficacy, collaborating with manufacturing, R&D, and regulatory affairs from a home office.

The role requires leading audits, managing QMS, CAPA, deviation investigations, and change control, while mentoring a remote QA team and ensuring compliance with GMP/ICH guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field.
• 7+ years in pharmaceutical QA with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, ICH guidelines, and pharmaceutical regulations.
• Experience managing QMS, audits, and regulatory inspections.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills for remote management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive quality assurance programs and policies.
• Oversee internal and external audits of facilities, suppliers, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and other regulatory guidelines.
• Lead deviation investigations, CAPA, and change control processes.
• Review and approve batch records, validation documents, and quality docs.
• Lead and mentor the QA team to drive continuous improvement.
