Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Remote Quality Assurance Engineer to lead QA for our distributed manufacturing support team. You will develop, implement, and maintain QA strategies from a remote setting, ensuring products meet stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with on-site teams to audit processes, analyze defects, and drive continuous improvement using ISO 9001 and SPC principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Quality Assurance in manufacturing.
• Proficient with ISO 9001 and SPC concepts.
• Strong analytical and remote collaboration skills.
• Proficient in QA software and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute QA plans and test cases for manufacturing processes.
• Analyze defects and implement corrective actions to improve quality.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to resolve quality issues.
• Monitor and audit processes for compliance with standards.
• Prepare reports on quality metrics, tests, and improvements.
• Stay updated with QA best practices and industry advancements.
