Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Project Manager specializing in Quality Assurance to join our fully remote team. You will lead QA initiatives across planning, execution, and reporting to ensure product quality and reliability.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management with a strong QA focus, excellent analytical and communication skills, and experience managing remote teams using modern collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a significant focus on Quality Assurance.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Proven experience managing QA projects, including test planning, execution, and defect tracking.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with remote team management and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Quality Assurance projects from planning through to execution and closure.
• Develop comprehensive QA project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and quality metrics.
• Coordinate and oversee the activities of QA teams, ensuring adherence to testing strategies and methodologies.
• Work closely with development teams to identify, track, and resolve defects and issues promptly.
• Implement and refine QA processes and best practices to enhance product quality and reliability.
• Provide regular reports on QA project status, risks, and key performance indicators to stakeholders.
