You will lead a distributed QA team, define metrics, implement strategies, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in Quality Assurance with at least 2 in leadership.
• Experience developing and implementing QA strategies and frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing quality standards and best practices.
• Excellent remote team management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in QA software and data analysis tools.
