Job summary

ISTA Personnel Solutions South Africa is seeking a meticulous Quality Control Specialist – Documentation to review draft reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. This fully remote role operates on EST business hours (Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00 EST) and requires a fixed fibre connection and reliable power backup.

You will identify errors, missing information, inconsistencies, and ensure documentation meets client, insurance, and industry requirements, providing clear feedback to authors.

Qualifications

• Experience in QA, document review, or similar detail-focused role.
• Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Ability to work remotely with high volumes of information.

Responsibilities

• Review reports for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Identify spelling, grammatical, formatting, factual, and logical errors.
• Check documentation for missing information and inconsistencies.
• Ensure reports meet client-specific insurance and documentation requirements.
• Verify alignment with internal guidelines, industry standards, and requirements.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to report authors.
• Identify amendments and ensure revisions address issues.
• Cross-check information between documents and source records.
• Maintain consistent quality and compliance across documents.
