Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Real Estate Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse property portfolio. You will optimize performance, maximize rental income, control costs, and guide strategic investments from a home-based setting.

You will leverage data analytics, market insights, and sophisticated financial modeling to drive growth while maintaining tenant satisfaction and regulatory compliance across residential, commercial, and industrial assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5–7 years in real estate portfolio or asset management.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for the real estate portfolio.
• Monitor occupancy, rental income, expenses, and ROI.
• Oversee property operations, maintenance, and capital improvements.
• Manage tenant relationships, leases, and renewals.
• Conduct market research and identify opportunities and risks.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Evaluate acquisitions and dispositions to optimize the portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and environmental requirements.
• Collaborate with property managers and service providers remotely.
• Present portfolio strategy recommendations to senior management.
