Qualifications
- Experience in residential property management or lettings.
- UK property experience preferred (2+ years); SA experience also welcome.
- Strong communication, organisational and administrative skills.
- Experience coordinating maintenance, contractors and tenant/landlord enquiries.
- Proactive, professional with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet UK business hours.
Responsabilités
- Managing day-to-day property management and lettings administration.
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors and internal teams.
- Coordinating maintenance requests, repairs and contractor appointments.
- Assisting with property inspections, compliance and tenancy administration.
- Managing property records, renewals, reports and documentation.
- Handling tenant and landlord communications.
- Updating property management systems and tracking outstanding tasks.
