• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, PM, Real Estate, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in property development coordination or PM support.
• Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and deliverables for property development projects.
• Manage and organize project documentation, including plans, permits, contracts, and reports.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Track project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
• Support the preparation of project status updates and financial reports for management.
