Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Business.
• Experience in SaaS industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for SaaS platform initiatives.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional, geographically dispersed project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members using a variety of digital tools and platforms.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies proactively.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on status to stakeholders regularly.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects, meeting quality standards and client expectations.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager, specifically managing software development or SaaS projects.
• Demonstrated success in leading fully remote teams and delivering complex projects.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, adapted for a remote setting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Certification such as PMP, CSM, or similar is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
