Qualifications

About the Role

You will be responsible for guiding Agile teams through the software development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of digital products and features. This position requires a deep understanding of Agile principles, excellent facilitation skills, and the ability to foster a collaborative and productive remote team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban) to ensure effective project execution and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage project backlogs, sprint goals, and release plans in collaboration with product owners and development teams.
• Remove impediments and facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders in a remote setting.
• Track and report on project progress, team velocity, and key Agile metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, principles, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
