Placements24 is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our Agile Transformation initiatives in a fully remote capacity. You will drive the adoption of Agile methodologies, coach teams, and champion continuous improvement across the organization.

The role requires 8+ years in project or programme management with 4+ years leading Agile transformations, Scrum Master cert required, PMP-ACP preferred. You will partner with leaders to deliver measurable change in a distributed workforce.

About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Senior Project Manager to lead their Agile Transformation initiatives across the organization, operating in a fully remote capacity. This critical role will focus on driving the adoption of Agile methodologies, coaching teams, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability. You will work with leaders and teams across various departments, guiding them through the process of embracing Agile principles and practices. The ideal candidate is a seasoned Agile evangelist with a proven ability to manage change and deliver impactful results in a distributed environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of Agile transformation initiatives across the organization.
• Develop and execute comprehensive transformation roadmaps, defining key milestones and success metrics.
• Coach and mentor cross-functional teams on Agile principles, practices, and values (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and strategic planning meetings for distributed teams.
• Identify and address organizational impediments to Agile adoption, working collaboratively to find solutions.
• Measure and report on the progress and impact of Agile transformation efforts, ensuring continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years in project or programme management, with at least 4 years dedicated to leading Agile transformations .
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with multiple Agile frameworks (Scrum Master certification required, PMP-ACP or similar preferred).
• Proven ability to drive organizational change and foster Agile culture in a distributed workforce.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills, particularly in a remote setting.
• Experience with various Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) and collaboration platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
