Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture required; SACAP registration essential.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience as a Project Architect.
• Proven track record managing complex architectural projects.
• Expertise in Revit and other architectural design software.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and materials.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to construction documentation.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and resources.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations and client requirements.
• Oversee preparation of detailed construction drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during construction.
