Placements24 is seeking a highly creative and experienced Lead Architectural Designer to spearhead design initiatives in a fully remote capacity. You will translate client visions into architectural solutions, lead design teams remotely, and champion design quality across all project phases.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience, exceptional design talent, and strong communication skills to articulate design intent to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture or related field.
• 8+ years of architectural design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and V-Ray.
• Strong remote leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and development of innovative architectural designs for a variety of project types.
• Oversee the design process from concept through construction documentation, ensuring design integrity.
• Collaborate closely with clients to translate needs into architectural expressions.
• Manage and mentor a remote team of architectural designers, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Present design proposals clearly and persuasively to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
