Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Remote Architectural Consultant to join a distributed team. You will provide expert architectural guidance to clients worldwide, working from your own location with cross-border collaboration.

The role requires registration as a Professional Architect (SACAP or equivalent) and at least 12 years of diverse project experience, with proven remote-work capabilities and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Registered Architect (SACAP or equivalent international registration).
• Minimum 12 years of architectural experience with diverse projects.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods across jurisdictions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; international experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert architectural consulting on feasibility, design strategy, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and present architectural proposals and solutions.
• Utilize digital collaboration platforms to coordinate with remote teams and clients globally.
• Conduct virtual site assessments and design reviews using digital tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, contributing insights to clients worldwide.
