Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to lead and manage a variety of architectural projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong design sensibilities, exceptional project management, and a deep understanding of construction processes.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture required; SACAP registration essential.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience as a Project Architect.
• Proven track record managing complex architectural projects.
• Expertise in Revit and other architectural design software.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and materials.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to construction documentation.
