You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative educational programs that address critical needs within the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify emerging needs and opportunities in educational program development.
• Design, develop, and pilot new educational programs and initiatives aligned with Our client's mission.
• Create comprehensive program proposals, including goals, objectives, activities, budgets, and evaluation plans.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and community representatives to ensure program relevance and effectiveness.
• Develop program curricula, training materials, and resources for facilitators and participants.
• Manage the implementation of assigned programs, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Monitor program progress, collect data, and evaluate program outcomes, reporting findings to senior management.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for program staff and partners, both virtually and as needed.
• Contribute to grant writing and fundraising efforts by developing strong program components.
• Stay updated on best practices and innovations in educational program development and youth development.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program development, curriculum design, or project management, preferably in the education or non-profit sector.
• Proven ability to design and implement effective educational programs.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in proposal writing.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience with virtual collaboration tools and comfortable working in a remote setting.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Master's degree in Education, Development Studies, Public Policy, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated commitment to social justice and improving educational opportunities.
• Cross-cultural communication skills and experience working with diverse populations.
