• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
• Experience working in a remote or international team environment.
• Deep understanding of development challenges in various global contexts, with specific awareness of African development issues.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments and feasibility studies to identify opportunities for new programs and projects.
• Design comprehensive program strategies and detailed project proposals aligned with donor requirements and organizational goals.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential funding partners, including foundations, government agencies, and corporate social responsibility departments.
• Write persuasive and high-quality grant proposals, concept notes, and project budgets.
