Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in program design, development, and proposal writing within the international non-profit sector.
• Demonstrated expertise in logical framework analysis (LFA) and results-based management.
• Proven ability to conduct needs assessments and contextual analyses.
• Excellent research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong track record of developing successful grant proposals.
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of humanitarian aid principles and development theories.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders remotely.
