Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Education, Community Development, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of program management experience focused on youth development.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a remote setting.
