Qualificações

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in program development, planning, or management in the non-profit sector.
• Experience designing and developing impactful programs from concept to implementation.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent grant writing and proposal development experience.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong understanding of monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
