Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Community Outreach Coordinator to bridge gaps between community needs and available resources. You will work from home to develop outreach strategies, connect with underserved populations, and disseminate information about social services across the Western Cape and beyond.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in outreach or program coordination, excellent virtual communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute remote outreach strategies for target communities.
• Identify and build relationships with community stakeholders and local organizations.
• Create and distribute informative materials about social services.
• Organize and facilitate virtual community events, workshops, and info sessions.
• Gather feedback to assess program effectiveness and needs.
• Maintain records of outreach activities and outcomes using CRM.
