Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production systems design, manufacturing engineering, or operations analysis.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and control systems.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with simulation software (Arena, AnyLogic) and data analysis tools is essential.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, suitable for a remote team environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize production layouts and workflows to improve efficiency and throughput.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for process improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies for material handling, inventory control, and shop floor management.
