You will build dashboards, analyze patterns, and guide cross-functional teams with evidence-based recommendations to improve efficiency and processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in operations analysis, BI, or similar analytical role, remote experience preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools like SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data from multiple sources to identify trends and bottlenecks.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize performance.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with operational teams to understand challenges and develop data-backed solutions.
• Assist in developing and implementing new operational processes and procedures.
• Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues and propose corrective actions.
• Stay current with industry best practices in operations analysis and remote work.
• Support training and development of junior analysts.
• Ensure data integrity across reporting.
• Contribute analytical support for strategic business initiatives.
