Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role focusing on process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency with process mapping tools and workflow optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, essential for effective remote collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a virtual setting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes across departments to identify inefficiencies and areas for process improvement.
• Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to measure process performance and identify trends.
• Develop conceptual models and documentation for new or redesigned processes.
