Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to handle the operational side of purchases for two buyers in a fast-moving social commerce environment. You will build approval packets, set up items and vendors in the ERP, submit PO requests, review drafts line-by-line, and maintain an open-items tracker to ensure accuracy.

The role requires precise execution, strong English proficiency for US vendors, and reliable follow-through.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in purchasing operations, order admin, or accounts payable support.
• Experience administering POs in ERP or order management systems.
• Professional written English for US vendors and finance teams.
• Available Mon–Fri with 6+ hours overlap with US Pacific Time.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders from creation to confirmation.
• Assemble wire packets and verify banking details with vendors.
• Maintain open-items tracker and chase approvals on schedule.
• Coordinate ERP item/vendor setup with up-to-date documents.
• Reconcile received vs paid quantities and file records.
