Overseas is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to run the operational side of POs for two buyers at a fast-moving social commerce company. You will build approval packets, maintain an open-items tracker, and ensure accurate ERP item and vendor setups.

The role emphasizes precise PO processing and close collaboration with US vendors. Strong experience with PO administration, ERP systems, and excellent written English for US finance teams is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in purchasing operations or accounts payable support.
• Experience with ERP/order management systems and PO terms.
• Clear, professional English for US vendors and finance teams.
• Able to verify banking details by phone and document proof.

Responsibilities

• Build price and wire approval requests with model, brand, quantity, cost, and references.
• Attach supporting documents to every approval and log in the tracker.
• File item and vendor setup requests accurately on ERP forms.
• Process PO requests, review drafts line-by-line, and propose corrections.
• Assemble wire packets, verify banking details with vendors, and track shipments.
• Reconcile received vs paid quantities and keep records organized.
