Job summary

Overseas is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to run the operational side of every purchase order for two buyers at a fast-moving social commerce company. You will build approval packets, file vendor setups in the ERP, submit PO requests, and chase vendors for quotes and documents.

This is a precision role requiring exactness in quantities, entities, and attachments. You will maintain an open-items tracker, log progress, and ensure orders move through to receipt.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on purchasing operations experience.
• Experience administering purchase orders in ERP/order management systems.
• Professional written English read by US vendors/finance staff.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data reconciliation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build price and wire approval packets from the buyer's deal sheet with all supporting documents.
• Log approvals in the tracker and chase on a set cadence.
• File item and vendor setup requests on ERP partner forms with required documents.
• Follow up with vendors for quotes, banking details, and routing forms.
• Assemble wire packets and track ship dates, invoices and routing forms.
