Job summary

Overseas is seeking a meticulous Purchasing Coordinator to manage the operational side of purchase orders for two buyers in a fast-moving social commerce team. You will build approval packets, submit PO requests, and maintain an open-items tracker to prevent delays.

You will also manage ERP item and vendor setup, wire packets, and vendor follow-through with precision. The role emphasizes precise execution, English clarity for US vendors, and a 100% remote setup.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in purchasing operations and PO administration.
• Experience with ERP/order management systems and understanding of POs, proforma invoices, freight terms, and payment terms.
• Professional written English suitable for US vendors and finance staff.

Responsibilities

• Build price approval and wire approval requests with complete supporting documents.
• Log approvals in a tracker and chase them on a set cadence.
• File item and vendor setup requests in ERP forms and ensure completeness.
• Follow up with vendors to obtain required documents and complete setups.
• Fill PO requests accurately and review drafts line-by-line for corrections.
• Assemble wire packets and verify banking details before wires.
• Match received quantities to paid quantities and file records.
• Arrange reconciliation and maintain organized records.
