About the Role

Our client, a rapidly growing international e-commerce platform, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Procurement Officer to join their global supply chain team. This fully Remote position is ideal for a proactive individual with a strong background in sourcing and purchasing, who thrives in a virtual work environment. The Procurement Officer will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services critical to our client's online operations. You will work collaboratively with various international teams, leveraging digital tools and communication platforms to achieve procurement goals. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Utilize procurement software and digital tools to manage the procurement workflow and data.
• Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, savings, and supplier performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or sourcing roles.
• Demonstrated success in supplier negotiation and contract management.
• Excellent understanding of procurement best practices and supply chain principles.
• Proficiency in using procurement software, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a Remote setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in e-commerce or online retail procurement is a significant advantage.
