Placements24 is seeking a skilled Remote Procurement Specialist to join our expanding procurement team. You will manage end-to-end procurement, negotiate terms with suppliers, and ensure ethical sourcing while maintaining compliant processes.

This role offers remote flexibility and opportunities to drive value across diverse categories. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, monitor orders, and implement cost-saving strategies while utilizing procurement software and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist or Buyer.
• Strong understanding of procurement best practices and supply chain principles.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with procurement software and ERP systems is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement process for assigned categories, including sourcing, RFQ/RFP, and negotiation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities through sourcing and negotiation strategies.
• Process purchase orders accurately and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment.
