Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in process improvement in manufacturing.
• Experience with lean, Six Sigma and statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with automation technologies and Industry 4.0.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement process improvements with a focus on automation and efficiency.
• Use SPC and quality tools to monitor performance.
• Lead cross-functional problem-solving and continuous improvement projects.
• Develop SOPs and training materials, and document processes.
• Evaluate new technologies and equipment to enhance capabilities.
• Conduct time studies and workflow analyses to optimize resources.
• Support new product introductions from a process perspective.
• Collaborate with R&D, design and production teams to integrate improvements.
