Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience in process analysis, design and optimization, preferably in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with process modeling software (Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis tools.
• Excellent virtual communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and map current operational processes using digital tools and documentation.
• Identify bottlenecks, waste and opportunities for improvement in workflow efficiency and resource utilization.
• Design and document optimized processes, including SOPs and best practices.
• Collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement process changes.
• Utilize data analysis techniques to measure effectiveness and identify further optimization opportunities.
• Prepare reports and present findings and recommendations to management and relevant teams.
