• 8+ years of progressive experience in process engineering within chemical or materials manufacturing.
• Experience with Aspen Plus and SPC.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a remote setting and communicate complex technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize production processes for sustainable materials, focusing on yield, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, troubleshoot deviations, and implement data-driven improvements.
• Develop and implement advanced process control strategies to ensure product quality and stability.
• Collaborate with remote R&D teams to scale up lab processes to commercial production.
• Create and maintain detailed process documentation including P&IDs and SOPs.
• Conduct virtual PHAs and risk assessments; support lean manufacturing remotely.
• Mentor junior engineers and staff via virtual channels; ensure EHS compliance for remote operations.
