Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in process engineering within a chemical or materials manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in process design, simulation (e.g., Aspen Plus), and optimization.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools.
• Proven ability to manage projects and lead cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
