Responsibilities

• Design and execute experiments to develop and optimize chemical formulations and synthesis routes.
• Analyze and interpret experimental data to determine optimal process parameters and product characteristics.
• Collaborate with remote R&D teams, manufacturing, and quality assurance departments to ensure seamless process transfer.
• Troubleshoot formulation and process issues and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain detailed laboratory notebooks and prepare comprehensive technical reports for project stakeholders.
