Qualifications

PhD or master’s in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related quantitative discipline.
10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering with focus on advanced process design, system modeling, and optimization.
Proven expertise in AnyLogic, Arena and statistical tools such as R/Python.
Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies (IIoT, AI/ML, advanced automation).

Responsibilities

Lead design and redesign of complex industrial processes for maximum efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
Develop advanced mathematical and simulation models to predict performance and identify improvements.
Apply data analytics and statistics to derive actionable insights from operations data.
Architect and implement digital solutions including automation, IIoT, and AI-driven optimization.
