Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Chemical Engineering.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in chemical process design.
- Experience leading major projects.
- Strong knowledge of process simulation software and advanced process control.
- Ability to lead and manage complex design projects independently.
- Excellent remote communication and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead conceptual design and detailed engineering of complex chemical processes.
- Develop PFDs, P&IDs, and mass and energy balances.
- Perform simulations using Aspen Plus, HYSYS, PRO/II.
- Provide expert guidance to engineering teams on process design best practices.
- Mentor and develop junior process engineers in a remote team.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and partners across geographies.
