ScalableOS is seeking a Presales Engineer to help clients navigate complex technology decisions and craft actionable plans for projects teams to implement. You’ll blend deep technical expertise in cloud, cybersecurity, and managed IT services with client-focused consulting to propose scalable solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of technical support experience in an MSP environment.
• Strong knowledge of desktop and server operating systems.
• Deep knowledge of networking concepts and design (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, and firewalls).
• Extensive experience designing cloud solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure, Azure AD, and Intune).
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management best practices.
• Experience with Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) tools (Datto RMM is a plus).
• Experience with Autotask PSA is a plus.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102) is a plus.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently.

Aufgaben

• Client Engagement: Participate in scoping calls with clients to understand business challenges, technical requirements, and desired outcomes.
• Requirements Analysis: Investigate and validate client requirements through detailed discussions and discovery sessions.
• Environment Assessment: Document the client’s existing infrastructure, applications, and operational processes to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Solution Design: Develop comprehensive, scalable, and cost-effective managed services solutions tailored to client needs.
• Presentation & Proposal: Create and deliver compelling solution presentations and proposals that clearly articulate value, technical approaches, and benefits.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Sales teams, the Projects department, and Support teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with organizational capabilities.
• Research and learn emerging technologies while consulting with internal decision-makers to help inform company offerings and services.
• Educate internal teams on new solutions, how they are sold and deployed, and how they fit into existing offerings.
