The ideal candidate has extensive paralegal experience, strong US trademark knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a distributed team. This long-term remote position emphasizes accuracy, reliability, and client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years paralegal/legal experience.
• Minimum 2 years with U.S. trademark or IP law firm.
• Strong experience with U.S. trademark prosecution and portfolio management.
• Experience with USPTO and TEAS.
• Excellent English writing and communication.
• Ability to work remotely with U.S. attorneys and clients.
• Proficient in AI tools and online research.

Responsibilities

• Assist with trademark prosecution filings and renewals.
• Maintain trademark portfolios and docketing calendars.
• Prepare Office Action responses and supporting materials.
• Monitor deadlines and file regulatory submissions.
• Conduct preliminary trademark searches and review USPTO records.
• Coordinate with foreign associates on international portfolios.
• Support TTAB proceedings and copyright filings.
• Maintain organized digital files in case management systems.
