Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Pharmaceutical Medical Science Liaison to support the Pretoria region from a remote team. The role involves interfacing with KOLs, presenting complex data, and contributing to trial activities and strategy.

The MSL will work autonomously in a remote-support framework, building relationships with healthcare professionals and driving understanding of innovative therapies.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences or healthcare field.
• Minimum 5 years in Medical Affairs, clinical research, or pharmaceutical role.
• Strong knowledge of relevant therapeutic area and literature.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs, investigators, and HCPs.
• Disseminate complex scientific and clinical information about products and therapeutic areas.
• Gather insights from KOLs/HCPs on treatment practices and research needs.
• Support clinical trial activities including site identification and investigator support.
• Present scientific data at medical congresses and symposia.
• Provide scientific input for internal strategy development.
