Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
• A Master's degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition, and digital advertising, with a strong focus on measurable results (CPA, ROAS, LTV).
• Experience with major digital advertising platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Proficiency with analytics and data visualization tools and marketing automation/CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a robust global performance marketing strategy focused on driving customer acquisition, retention, and ROI.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
• Conduct in-depth A/B testing and multivariate testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to continuously improve campaign performance.
• Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize spend and maximize conversion rates.
• Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation across channels to achieve aggressive growth targets.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to ensure alignment and drive data-informed decisions.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and develop reports for senior management with key metrics and recommendations.
• Build and mentor a high-performing performance marketing team as the company scales.
