Placements24 is seeking a Remote Performance Marketing Manager to lead global acquisition initiatives and revenue growth. You will develop and execute data-driven strategies across SEM, social, display, and affiliate channels, managing substantial ad budgets to hit ambitious KPIs.

The role requires 5+ years in performance marketing, expert knowledge of Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and analytics, plus strong remote collaboration skills to coordinate with product, sales and analytics teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of performance marketing experience across paid channels.
• Experience managing large ad spends and delivering ROI.
• Expertise across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Strong analytics with web analytics tools and data-driven decision making.
• Solid understanding of funnels, attribution, and segmentation.
• Excellent remote-work communication and independence.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage performance marketing campaigns across SEM, social, display, and affiliate channels.
• Optimize campaigns to hit target CPA, ROAS and LTV goals.
• Allocate and manage substantial advertising budgets efficiently.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages and targeting.
• Track, analyze and report metrics with analytics tools; provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with content/design to develop compelling ad assets.
• Onboard new affiliate partners to expand reach and incremental sales.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms.
• Build relationships with platform reps and contribute to strategy.
