Placements24 is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to drive growth through paid acquisition and data-driven strategies. This fully remote role requires expertise across PPC, paid social, display, and affiliate channels, with a strong emphasis on ROI and CRO.

You will manage substantial ad spend, perform rigorous testing, and collaborate with sales to ensure effective lead handover while optimizing campaigns for efficiency, scale, and measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition, or digital advertising, with a focus on ROI.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid search and paid social campaigns with substantial budgets.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other major ad platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools.
• Experience with landing page optimization (LPO) and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
• Excellent understanding of tracking and attribution models.
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex data to various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive qualified traffic, leads, and sales.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and targeting to maximize campaign efficiency.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance data (CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate) using analytics tools and dashboards.
• Implement A/B testing and multivariate testing strategies for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign settings to continuously improve performance.
• Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to achieve target KPIs.
• Collaborate with content, design, and web development teams to create high-converting ad copy, landing pages, and creatives.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.
• Identify new growth opportunities and test emerging channels for customer acquisition.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and conversion tracking.
