Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid acquisition channels.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
• Expertise in A/B testing methodologies and tools.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and potentially SQL or similar.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and KPIs (CPA, ROAS, LTV, Conversion Rate).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex data insights clearly.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinking and a results-oriented mindset.
• Experience with affiliate marketing platforms is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage multi-channel performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Oversee paid search (PPC), paid social, display advertising, and affiliate marketing programs.
• Manage and optimize campaign budgets to achieve target KPIs, such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
• Conduct thorough A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, targeting parameters, and bidding strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance data using analytics platforms to extract insights and identify growth opportunities.
