Qualifications

• 3+ years in performance marketing with proven paid campaigns.
• Strong grasp of KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CPC, CTR) and optimization.
• Experience with analytics tools and A/B testing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Monitor KPIs daily and adjust budgets and bids for efficiency.
• Conduct A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and targeting to improve results.
• Perform keyword research and audience segmentation for targeting.
• Analyze data and provide actionable optimization insights to stakeholders.
