Qualifications

• 3+ years of performance marketing with proven campaign results.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
• Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and targeting to optimize campaign performance.
• Monitor campaign performance daily, analyzing key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates) and identifying areas for improvement.
• A/B test ad copy, landing pages, creatives, and targeting parameters to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Manage campaign budgets meticulously, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
• Generate regular performance reports for clients, providing insights and strategic recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and account managers to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
• Implement remarketing and retargeting strategies to re-engage potential customers.
• Contribute to the development of new performance marketing strategies and client pitches.
