Jobgether SRL, collaborating with a partner company, seeks a remote People Operations Coordinator based in South Africa. You will support onboarding, HR operations, talent processes, and employee experience across a fully distributed organization.

This role blends hands-on operational coordination with systems management, data organization, and process optimization, with room to expand into broader People and Talent Operations responsibilities while leveraging AI to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in People Operations, HR operations, onboarding or coordination roles.
• Experience working with onboarding, HR, recruiting, or broader People teams.
• Experience using AI to improve efficiency or willingness to learn.
• Comfortable with multiple tools and systems including Notion and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Improve onboarding experience with clear, consistent processes.
• Coordinate activities supporting new joiners and onboarding journeys.
• Review and maintain onboarding documentation and Notion pages.
• Handle tasks across onboarding, Talent and HR, including data updates and reports.
• Maintain accurate People data and records across systems.
• Optimize use of AI and digital tools to boost efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve workflows.
• Collaborate with People, HR, recruitment and onboarding stakeholders.
• Take ownership of tasks and propose improvements.
• Contribute to broader People and Talent Operations activities as the role evolves.
